Therapy for anxiety, burnout, and the unhealthy coping patterns that come with chronic stress.

If you're here, you're probably not looking for another conversation about what's wrong — you're looking for actual relief. Something that changes how on-edge things feel, not just how well you can talk about it.

I work with adults whose minds won't slow down, who haven't slept well in longer than they can remember, or who are moving through some kind of major life shift and finding it harder than expected to keep their footing. My focus in our work together is symptom relief — helping the anxiety quiet down, helping sleep come more easily, helping the ground feel steadier under you again.

We'll use mindfulness to help you notice the patterns that keep your stress response stuck in the "on" position, and breathwork to help your body learn, physically, how to stand down from high alert. This isn't about trying harder. Most people I work with have already tried hard, and often for a long time. My approach is about giving your nervous system the conditions it actually needs to recover.

I think of therapy as part oasis, part launching pad — a place to rest and catch your breath, and a place to figure out where you actually want to go from here.

Ketamine-Assisted Mindfulness (CMOH-KAM)

Drawing on my training in mindfulness and psychedelic-assisted therapy, I developed Calm Mind Open Heart Ketamine-Assisted Mindfulness (CMOH-KAM), a 10-week program for people experiencing depression, anxiety, or both. Read more about CMOH-KAM here.
